Samantha Morris Joins BionicsForEveryone.com as Volunteer CEO

Samantha Morris Headshot

We are pleased to announce that Samantha Morris has joined BionicsForEveryone.com as our volunteer CEO.

Samantha is a Data Analytics Professional with a long history of involvement in healthcare. She has a BSc in Neuroscience and a Masters of Health Administration. She is also the Co-Chair of the Ottawa node of Emerging Health Leaders (EHL), a Canadian-based networking organization for new health professionals.

In its first year of operation, BionicsForEveryone.com has enjoyed tremendous success. With our 100% focus on helping those with disabilities understand their bionic options, we have quickly become one of the world’s leading websites on the subject. We have also partnered with leading disability magazines such as Disability Horizons and Amplitude Magazine to share our specialized knowledge with their audiences.

However, this is not enough. During this past year, we have encountered so many people in need of advanced prosthetics who cannot afford them, that we want to do more. We have a plan to help, one focused on the industry in which we have participated so long — the software industry — but we needed someone with the skillset to implement that plan. Samantha is that person.

As the founder of BionicsForEveryone.com, I will continue doing what I do best — researching and writing about bionic technology, as well as connecting with the many wonderful members of the limb-different community.

Together, Samantha, myself, and others (announcements to come soon) will now push forward in an attempt to give more in 2021 than we did in 2020, which will become our yearly resolution from this point on!
